This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading international insurance provider on a fixed-term basis.

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented individual to support their operations team with AML file reviews and customer risk assessments for corporates, trustees, and individuals. This role is central to maintaining compliance with AML/CFT/PF obligations across a diverse range of insurance products.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in reviewing documentation, performing due diligence checks and ensuring risk-based measures are conducted as part of both scheduled reviews and trigger events.

Key Responsibilities:
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
• Conducting AML/CFT/PF reviews across customer types and risk levels.
• Performing customer risk assessments and determining appropriate levels of due diligence.
• Ensuring adherence to regulatory procedures and escalating documentation gaps.
• Reviewing complex corporate structures and utilising investigative tools.
• Liaising with customers and internal teams to gather and validate CDD.
• Updating client profiles and maintaining audit trails of reviews performed.
• Supporting the wider operations team in ensuring regulatory alignment.
• Assisting in reporting and providing management information on review progress.
• Participating in projects and supporting systems testing and enhancements.

The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services and a sound understanding of AML/CFT obligations and customer due diligence standards. A recognised compliance or AML qualification would be advantageous. They must be organised, accurate and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Strong communication skills and the ability to work across multiple regions will also be important for this role.
