This is an excellent opportunity for a well-organised and motivated Trust Administrator to support the management of a diverse portfolio of trust accounts. The role offers exposure to complex arrangements and is ideal for someone looking to develop further within fiduciary services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer a portfolio of trust accounts, maintaining accurate records and reports.
• Assist with the coordination and documentation of trust distributions in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Undertake daily administrative duties to support the wider Trust team.
• Liaise with clients and intermediaries, maintaining high standards of service delivery.
• Ensure trust documentation is compliant and up-to-date.

The Ideal Candidate:
Applicants should have at least 3 years’ experience in trust and fiduciary services, with proven ability to manage administrative tasks accurately and efficiently. Attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a sound understanding of trust operations are essential.

Working Arrangements:
This is a full-time position; however, flexible working hours may be considered. A competitive salary and benefits package is offered.
