Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Business Support Analyst with 2–3 years' relevant experience in private equity, venture capital, funds, investments, or fiduciary services. This role plays a vital part in supporting licensed investment and fiduciary operations by driving process efficiency, ensuring compliance, and promoting a positive regulatory culture.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Leading onboarding tasks across fund and fiduciary clients, ensuring high standards of CDD collection, review, and communication.
• Acting as a key liaison between the Business Support and Compliance teams.
• Monitoring outstanding CDD actions and producing timely MI updates for management.
• Preparing periodic risk-based reviews (RRAs) and assisting with AML/CFT compliance queries.
• Supporting policy and procedure development and driving implementation across the business.
• Identifying and embedding operational improvements and efficiencies.
• Promoting a positive compliance culture and supporting internal training initiatives.
• Maintaining accurate client data and records across systems.
• Supporting and, where required, leading key projects.
• Mentoring junior staff in conjunction with management oversight.
The Ideal Candidate:
The successful candidate will bring 2–3 years of experience within a relevant field such as private equity, venture capital, fund administration, investment, or fiduciary services. A sound understanding of AML/CFT regulations is essential, alongside excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills. A strong grasp of compliance frameworks and a passion for process improvement will also be key to success in this role.
