Established specialist Freight Forwarder is looking for an Export Pet Coordinator to join them.
Role will involve providing advice, prices and information on all aspects of pet travel to potential new clients as well as making bookings and planning the pet's journey from start to finish.

Must have at least 2 years experience in Air Freight Exports/ Imports or HAPPY to TRAIN
An understanding of Pet travel DEFRA export Health certificates / Customs is advantageous or alternatively a strong wiliness to learn
Successful candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, great communications skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Salary to be disclosed upon application
Mon - Fri 0900-1800 / 0800-1700 ( 1 hour unpaid lunch)
20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
Monthly Tiered Performance- Based Bonus
On-Call weekend/evening cover ( with additional pay , shared across the team)
