Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday (term time)
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Plumbing Lecturer to join a college in Holly Hill on a temp to perm basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a long-term role within a supportive and forward-thinking education setting.
The Role:
You will deliver engaging and effective teaching to plumbing apprentices, helping learners develop the practical skills and knowledge required to succeed in their qualifications and end-point assessments.
You’ll also track learner progress, support development, and contribute to a positive and professional learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality teaching to plumbing apprentices
Support learners in achieving qualifications and progression
Monitor and record student progress
Contribute to lesson planning and curriculum delivery
Work collaboratively with colleagues to support learner success
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Strong background in plumbing (essential)
Teaching or training experience (desirable)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A passion for developing learners and sharing industry knowledge
