You’ll be working with a diverse class, including pupils with additional needs such as ASD, ADHD and SEMH, so confidence in adapting your teaching to support all learners is key.

- Holds QTS (including newly qualified teachers)

- Has experience or strong interest in working with SEND pupils

- Brings energy, creativity and a nurturing approach to the classroom

- Can manage behaviour calmly and confidently

- Works well in a team and is open to learning
