Primary Teacher with ICT Specialism – SEND School (Chessington)
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:30am–4:00pm | Paid to Scale
A specialist SEND school in Chessington is looking to explore options for a Primary-trained Teacher with an ICT specialism or strong interest in ICT to join their team.
This role involves teaching students across KS3 and KS4, delivering lessons from Entry Level to Level 1 within a supportive and highly personalised learning environment.
The school is particularly interested in hearing from Primary-trained teachers who can bring an adaptable and nurturing approach to learning, alongside confidence or enthusiasm for ICT.
The Role
• Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:00pm
• Teaching ICT across KS3 & KS4
• Delivering lessons from Entry Level to Level 1
• Supporting students with a range of SEND needs
• Creating engaging, accessible and differentiated learning opportunities
• Working closely with support staff and the wider school team
Candidate Profile
• Primary-trained teacher (QTS preferred)
• ICT specialism or strong interest/confidence in ICT
• Experience working with SEND students or within specialist settings is desirable
• Patient, adaptable and creative approach to teaching
• Strong relationship-building and behaviour management skills
Start Date
This is not currently an immediate start, as the school are exploring suitable options. However, the role could begin sooner if the right candidate becomes available.
