Hours: Full time, Monday – Friday, 8:30 – 3:30
Location: Stroud, GL5

This fulfilling role involves supporting a delightful Year 1 pupil on a one-to-one basis while also assisting the wider class for three full days each week. We’re Looking for Someone Who:
• Is compassionate and dedicated to providing 1:1 support to a young learner, building trust and engagement.
• Has experience working in primary education and can adapt to meet the unique needs of both individual students and the classroom as a whole.
• Has at least 3 months experience and a passion for working with children with SEND/ vulnerable adults
• Can inspire and motivate with a positive attitude and engaging presence.
• Is a strong communicator and team player who’s ready to be a part of a supportive school community.
