Are you looking for a rewarding role in a Bolton/Bury primary school, where you can support children in their learning and development?
Axcis Education is on the lookout for caring, enthusiastic and proactive Teaching Assistants who are passionate about education — particularly those who have a keen interest in Special Educational Needs (SEN).
What you’ll be doing
- Working alongside class teachers to support pupils in the classroom
- Providing targeted support to children with additional needs (e.g. Autism, ADHD, speech and language challenges)
- Supporting with daily routines, classroom tasks and activities
- Encouraging positive behaviour, focus and emotional wellbeing
- Creating a nurturing and inclusive learning space for all pupils
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- A genuine interest or experience in SEN support
- A patient and encouraging attitude
- Flexibility to support across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
- A current DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Previous experience in a school is great – but not essential
