Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of private clients, delivering high-quality tax advisory and compliance services
Review complex personal tax returns and ensure compliance with HMRC regulations
Provide proactive tax planning advice and identify opportunities for clients
Supervise and mentor junior staff, reviewing their work and supporting their development
Liaise with HMRC, clients, and third parties as required
Support Partners and Directors with ad-hoc advisory projects
Requirements
ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified
At least five years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge of UK personal tax
Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively
Proactive and detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service
