Description
Axcis are looking for a full time Psychology Tutor to work in an alternative specialist setting near Totnes in the South Hams region. The position requires a Psychology Tutor to deliver bespoke lessons to pupils in Key Stages 3-5 on a 1:1 basis. There role may also require elements of English teaching.
About the Role:
•The working hours for this role are from 8.30 to 4:30.
•Starting on Monday 7th September.
•Pay rate ranging from £24,631 to £30,899, depending on your previous tutoring experience and qualifications.
•The provision promote a a culture whereby staff do not take planning or marking home.
•Staff are given two hours PPA each day of work to plan, prepare and assess learning.
About You:
•The college are looking for candidates who have experience of tutoring or teaching Psychology.
•Ideally, you would have some experience of working with vulnerable children, or children with additional needs.
•The college are looking for applicants with a positive and nurturing approach
