Quantity Surveyor required - RICS Ideal. Residential Construction Projects. Blue Chip Clients.

A thriving construction business needs someone to join their Commercial team, covering 50% construction consultancy works and 50% construction management services and contracting.

With a focus on the consultancy market this opportunity is for someone that desires ownership, flexibility and a very varied type of construction works to be part of and to manage.

Very varied works:
Projects Range enormously across sectors: Commercial, Industrial, Leisure, Residential and Civil Engineering

The Company:
• Experienced, organised, and experts at delivery.
• Social, tight knit with events across Europe.
• Workload predominantly UK focused but at times international.
• Existing commercial team managing projects in the UK, the Caribbean and Europe.

• Relationship building skills and experience
• Organised and thorough
• Experience of consultancy led surveying duties is essential

Working on a variety of projects but in particular with a focus on various large national residential developers. This role will include:

• Building costs for master plans on large residential developments
• Creating viability assessment for projects with a focus on the clients needs
• Pricing the roads, sewers, infrastructure, affordable housing, schools and local infrastructure

• Guideline £50,000 - £70,000 + package
