Role: Sales Representative (Internal & External)

Overview:
We’re recruiting on behalf of an award-winning and growing electrical wholesaler for an exciting opportunity based in Rotherham.
This hybrid role combines both internal sales and external business development, offering a varied position within a successful and ambitious business.
Package and benefits are negotiable depending on the experience of the successful candidate.
Package / Benefits:
• Negotiable salary DOE
• Bonus scheme
• 23 days holidays + bank holidays
• Pension scheme
• Company Car (dependant on individual)
Responsibilities:
• Proactively identify, target, and win new customers
• Build and manage a structured pipeline of prospects through outbound calls, site visits, networking, referrals, and lead follow-up
• Arrange and attend face-to-face meetings with potential customers across Rotherham and surrounding areas
• Work closely with the branch team to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts and excellent customer service
• Prepare accurate quotations for customers using internal pricing systems
• Follow up quotations to maximise conversion rates
• Upsell and cross-sell complementary electrical products, tools, lighting, cable, and associated ranges
Skills / Experience:
• Electrical Wholesale experience (essential)
• Driving Licence
• Confident communicator and natural relationship builder
• Self-motivated and organised, with the ability to manage your own diary and sales pipeline effectively
• Positive and driven attitude, with a genuine desire to build a successful career within the electrical wholesale industry
