The Role
As a Secondary Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students both academically and emotionally. Roles may include:
• Supporting students with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities)
• Working 1:1 or in small groups
• Assisting classroom teachers with lesson delivery and behaviour management
• Supporting students with SEMH, ASD, ADHD, MLD, or EBD
• Helping create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
