About the Role
We are looking for an inspiring, reflective, and student-focused Secondary Teacher to join a well-established and friendly school community. This role is open to teachers of any subject specialism, and we welcome applications from both experienced teachers and ECTs. You will teach across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering engaging lessons that challenge learners of all abilities and promote high aspirations.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Use assessment data to monitor progress and adapt teaching accordingly
• Contribute to curriculum development within your subject area
• Create a positive, stimulating learning environment with strong behaviour routines
• Participate in parents’ evenings, staff meetings, and whole-school events
• Support safeguarding and pastoral responsibilities as part of the wider school team
• Engage in ongoing CPD and reflective practice
Requirements
• QTS
• Strong subject knowledge and passion for your discipline
• Ability to inspire, challenge, and motivate learners
• Effective behaviour-management skills
• Good understanding of curriculum and assessment principles
• Commitment to promoting equality, inclusion, and high expectations
