A vibrant secondary school is seeking a full-time Teaching Assistant to support students with SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs) and complex learning needs.

You’ll play a key role in supporting students in both academic and emotional development, working closely with teachers and pastoral staff to create a positive learning environment.

Key Requirements:

-Experience or interest in working with SEMH/complex needs

-Strong behaviour management and communication skills

-A calm, empathetic and consistent approach

This is an excellent role for those passionate about supporting students beyond the classroom.
