The Role
An experienced Security Systems Engineer is required to install, commission, and maintain enterprise-level security systems across Surrey and Greater London.
The role involves fault-finding, troubleshooting, and delivering high-quality service to clients while ensuring all work is completed to professional industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Install, commission, service, and maintain security and intruder systems
Diagnose, repair, and resolve technical faults efficiently
Complete service reports and documentation accurately and on time
Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams
Support colleagues and collaborate on project delivery
Manage stock levels and complete vehicle audits
Maintain safe and professional working practices at all times
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience in installation and service engineering roles
Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, fire alarms, gates, and barriers
Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting ability
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full UK driving licence
Organised, reliable, and motivated
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
8-hour shifts
Overtime and weekend work available when required
Location
Field-based role covering Surrey and Greater London
