Secondary SEMH Teaching Support – Theale, Reading
Location: Theale, Reading
Setting: Secondary SEMH School
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (4:00 PM finish on Fridays)
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Job interviews will take place before September.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and resilient individual to join a specialist secondary SEMH school in Theale, Reading. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young people with additional needs and making a genuine impact on their educational journey.
Key Requirements:
- GCSEs in Maths and English
- Level 3 qualification in any subject
- Experience working with SEND children (SEMH experience preferred but not essential)
- A calm, adaptable, and empathetic approach to working with students facing emotional and behavioural challenges
