Requirements
Previous experience working with children or young people in a school, care, youth work, residential, or support setting.
Experience supporting individuals with SEMH, SEND, autism, ADHD, or behavioural needs is highly desirable.
Calm, patient, and resilient approach to challenging situations.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
