The Role

- Full-time positions across SEN and SEMH schools and provisions
- Supporting pupils aged primary and secondary (varies by setting)
- Working 1:1 and in small group interventions
- Supporting pupils with EHCPs, SEN, SEMH needs, autism, ADHD, and challenging behaviour
- Assisting with classroom learning, engagement, and structured activities
- Supporting behaviour management and positive intervention strategies
- Helping create safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environments
- Working alongside teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams

- Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Have strong communication and teamwork skills

Requirements

- Experience working with children or young people (school or care setting preferred)
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply (support provided)
- Right to work in the UK
- References covering relevant experience
