Location: Strood (onsite with local travel)
Salary: Up to £29,253 + 22.5% pension (actual salary)
Contract: Full time, permanent, term time only + 1 week

Seeking a passionate and dedicated individual with experience supporting young people with Special Educational Needs.

Overview:

Working for a leading education provider, you will provide support to individuals completing a term long Supported Internship Programme (1 day classroom, 4 days work placement).

A typical week:

-Visit students in the workplace
-Provide in classroom support
-Work closely with employers to ensure success
-Provide on the job training in work settings

You'll need the following:

-Experience working with SEN learners
-Experience of mentoring & coaching
-Ability to inspire & motivate learners
-Car driver, flexible with local travel
