SEN Teaching Assistant – Primary | Chingford, E4

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
Contract: Full-time | Long-term (until end of academic year)

A supportive and inclusive primary school in Chingford (E4) is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible, ideally through to the end of the academic year.

You’ll be working closely with pupils in Early Years and Key Stage 1, including children with Autism (ASD), ADHD, learning difficulties, and complex needs. Partnering with class teachers and the SENCO, you’ll play a key role in promoting engagement, supporting learning, and ensuring every child can thrive in a nurturing environment.

The school is looking for someone who:

-Has strong experience supporting young children with SEN and complex needs

-Is confident working with pupils with ASD, ADHD, and learning difficulties

-Brings a calm, proactive, and adaptable approach to the classroom
