SEN Teaching Assistant – Primary | Waltham Forest, E17

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4pm
Contract: Full-time | Long-term (until end of academic year)

A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Waltham Forest (E17) is looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible, ideally through to the end of the academic year.

You’ll be supporting pupils with complex needs, Autism (ASD), and social, emotional, and behavioural challenges. Working closely with class teachers and the SENCO, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive, structured learning environment, helping every child achieve their potential.

The school is seeking someone who:

-Has strong experience supporting young children with complex SEN needs

-Is confident working with pupils with ASD and emotional/behavioural needs

-Brings a calm, patient, and proactive approach to the classroom

-Is reliable, committed, and passionate about making a lasting impact
