We are delighted to be working with a small, nurturing SEND provision in Bromley (BR1) who are seeking a dedicated and experienced SENCO to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate SEN professional who wants to make a real difference in a setting where every child is known, supported and valued.
The Role:
As SENCO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading SEND provision across the setting, working closely with staff, families and external professionals to ensure pupils receive the highest level of support.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and overseeing SEND provision across the setting
Managing EHCPs and ensuring statutory requirements are met
Supporting and advising staff on inclusive practice
Liaising with parents, carers and external agencies
Monitoring progress and outcomes for pupils with SEND
About the Provision:
Small, specialist SEND setting
Supportive leadership team
Calm, structured and child-centred environment
Focus on individualised learning and wellbeing
The Ideal Candidate:
Holds the National Award for SEN Coordination (or working towards it)
Has experience supporting pupils with a range of SEND needs
Confident managing EHCPs and multi-agency working
