Full-Time & Part-Time Positions – Start January 2026
A college in Bromley is seeking SEND Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our friendly and supportive team. We work with students aged 16+ with a wide range of additional needs and disabilities, including ASD, ADHD, and physical disabilities.
This is a wonderful opportunity for experienced support staff who are passionate about helping young people thrive in an educational setting.
Key Details
• Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm
• Start Date: January 2026
• Positions: Full-time & Part-time
• Location: College in Bromley
Responsibilities
• Provide classroom and individual support for students with SEND
• Assist with personal care when required
• Support students’ learning, independence, and social development
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff, families, and external professionals
Requirements
• Previous experience working with young people aged 16+ with SEND, either in a college or as a support worker
• Comfortable providing personal care if needed
• Child & adult DBS
• Empathetic, patient, and reliable
