SEND Learning Support Assistants (16+) – Group & 1:1 Support
Location: Bromley, BR2
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 3:30pm
We are working with a well-established SEND provision in Bromley that supports students aged 16+ and are currently recruiting Learning Support Assistants for both 1:1 and group support roles.
About the Role:
You will be supporting students with a range of complex needs, including:
PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties)
Medical needs
Down’s Syndrome
Cerebral Palsy
Wheelchair users
The setting has a strong focus on developing life skills, independence, and preparing students for adulthood.
Curriculum and Activities:
This provision offers a varied and engaging curriculum, including:
Independent living skills
Creative subjects such as drama, arts and crafts
End-of-year performances and plays
Forest School sessions
Work placements within the community
