What You'll Be Doing
• Teaching a Key Stage 2 class of pupils with autism.
• Planning and delivering engaging lessons that meet individual learning needs.
• Creating a positive and supportive classroom environment.
• Working closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and families.
• Supporting pupils' communication, social skills, and independence.
• Tracking progress and celebrating achievements, big and small.
What We're Looking For
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching within a primary setting.
• A positive, patient, and flexible approach.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• An interest in SEND and helping children reach their full potential.
• Previous autism experience is desirable but not essential.
