Location: Wimborne, Dorset

Pay: £95-£100 per day
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30–15:30 (Term Time Only)

The Role
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and specialist support staff to:
• Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
• Assist with the delivery of personalised learning programmes and EHCP targets
• Promote positive behaviour, emotional regulation and engagement in learning
• Support pupils' academic progress, social development and independence
• Encourage communication, confidence and participation throughout the school day
• Help create a safe, structured and supportive learning environment
• Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists and wider professionals to meet individual pupil needs
