Position Details:

Full-time, Monday to Friday
Competitive salary based on experience

Requirements:

Experience supporting students with challenging behaviour and SEND
Ability to provide personal care if required
Valid DBS check
Right to work in the UK

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting students in classroom and one-to-one settings
Assisting with behaviour management strategies and learning activities
Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and families to promote positive outcomes
Encouraging independence and engagement for students with additional needs
