A specialist SEND college in Clapham is seeking a dedicated Full-Time SEND Teaching Assistant to support students with complex needs.

Position Details:

Full-time, Monday to Friday
Competitive salary based on experience

Requirements:

Experience supporting students with challenging behaviour, complex needs, and ASD
Ability to provide personal care when required
Valid DBS check
Right to work in the UK

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting students with SEND in both classroom and one-to-one settings
Assisting with personal care and implementing behaviour management strategies
Collaborating with teaching staff, therapists, and families to support each student’s learning and development
Promoting independence, positive engagement, and life skills for students with complex needs
