We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEND Teacher to join our Post-16 team supporting learners with complex needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to be part of a nurturing, well-resourced educational environment where each learner is valued and supported to achieve their full potential.

In this role, you will deliver individualised, life-focused learning programmes that promote independence, personal development, and preparation for adulthood. You will work closely with a collaborative team of professionals to create meaningful learning experiences that reflect each student’s unique strengths and needs.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent)
- Experience working with students with SEND, particularly complex needs
- A creative and adaptable approach to teaching
- A strong commitment to inclusive education and student-centred learning
