SEND Teacher (3 Days per Week) – M22 Area
M22 | Part-Time | Long-Term Opportunity
We are working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive school in the M22 area to recruit a dedicated SEND Teacher to join their specialist Communication & Interaction provision on a part-time basis (3 days per week).
This is a long-term opportunity, ideal for a passionate teacher who thrives in a small, supportive environment and is committed to making a meaningful difference to pupils with additional needs.
The Role
Teaching within a Communication & Interaction room
Responsible for planning, delivery and assessment
Supporting a small class of 10 pupils with EHCPs
Working closely with 2 experienced Teaching Assistants
Creating a nurturing, structured and engaging learning environment
The Ideal Candidate
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience supporting pupils with SEND, particularly communication and interaction needs (e.g. ASD, speech & language needs)
Confident with EHCP targets, planning and assessment
Patient, adaptable and committed to inclusive practice
Strong teamwork and communication skills
