A SEND secondary school located a short walk from Sidcup station (Bexley) are looking for SEND Teachers to join their team.

The students who attend the school have a variety of SEND including autism, profound multiple learning difficulties, ADHD and challenging behaviour. Classes are based on abilities as opposed to age groups.

You will be allocated a class and also be responsible for the teaching assistants in your class. You MUST have professional teaching qualifications, in order to apply for this role.

The school are also happy to consider teachers with limited SEND experience as long as you have the right working attitude and happy to learn and take feedback on board.

If you can work 5 days a week then this is a great role for you. The school have confirmed they will also consider part time teachers, although full time is their preference.

Your working hours are 8.30am to 4pm, but of course with any teaching role you may be expected to work longer hours on certain days.

Pay is negotiable and will also be dependent on current pay scale. Proof of pay scale will be required in order to negotiate your daily rate of pay.
