SEND Teaching Assistant – Autism & SEMH – Atherstone

Contract: Full-time
Pay: £90–£100 per day (PAYE)

Axcis Education is seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with autism and SEMH needs in a specialist or inclusive setting in Atherstone.

The Role:

• Support pupils with emotional and learning needs
• Assist with structured classroom routines
• Encourage positive behaviour and engagement
• Work with teachers and SENDCo
• Support EHCP targets

About You:

• SEND or behaviour experience preferred
• Calm and patient
• Consistent and supportive
• Full-time availability
• DBS required
