SEND Teaching Assistant – Autism, Speech & Behaviour (Rugby)
Location: Rugby, Warwickshire
Contract Type: Full-time
Salary: £89 – £105 per day / £445 – £525 per week
Axcis Education is seeking a TA experienced in autism, communication needs and behaviour to support KS2 pupils.

The Role:

• Deliver 1:1 autism support using visuals, modelling and structured routines
• Assist with SALT-led activities including vocabulary, turn-taking and interaction
• Support pupils with emotional regulation and behaviour plans
• Work closely with class teachers and pastoral teams

About You:

• Experience supporting ASD, SLCN and/or behaviour needs
• Calm, consistent and confident in SEN strategies
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
