SEND Teaching Assistant – Complex Needs & Personal Care
Location: Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire

Salary: £89 – £105 per day / £445 – £525 per week

Axcis Education is recruiting compassionate and experienced SEND Teaching Assistants to support children with complex needs, including PMLD, in Warwickshire schools. This role is ideal for candidates confident in personal care routines and fostering inclusive learning.

The Role: -
1:1 and small group support for pupils with complex needs and PMLD
- Personal care, feeding, mobility, and sensory support
- Collaborate with teaching staff and therapy teams to implement EHCP targets
- Promote independence and engagement in classroom activities
About You:
- Experience supporting children with PMLD or complex needs
- Compassionate, adaptable, and patient
- Confident providing personal care and using assistive technology
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
