SEND Teaching Assistant – KS2 SEMH & Nurture Group Support
Location: Southam/Napton Area, Warwickshire
Contract Type: Full-time
Salary: £89 – £105 per day / £445 – £525 per week

Axcis Education is recruiting a nurturing and skilled Teaching Assistant to support pupils in KS2 with SEMH needs within a small-group or nurture environment.

The Role:
• Deliver small group and 1:1 interventions focused on emotional regulation and social skills
• Support classroom learning and pastoral needs
• Implement positive behaviour strategies and nurture-based approaches
• Collaborate closely with teachers, SENCO, and pastoral teams

About You:
• Experience supporting SEMH or nurture groups
• Empathetic, patient, and calm under pressure
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Knowledge of SEMH strategies and restorative approaches
