Axcis Education is seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with moderate learning difficulties (MLD), helping them achieve their potential across the curriculum.

The Role:
• Deliver targeted interventions to support literacy, numeracy, and independent learning
• Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual learning needs
• Implement strategies to enhance engagement, focus, and self-esteem
• Collaborate with teachers, SENCO, and pastoral teams to adapt resources and teaching methods
About You:
• Experience supporting pupils with MLD or similar SEND needs
• Patient, encouraging, and resourceful approach to learning support
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of strategies for differentiated learning and curriculum adaptation
