With a small, co-educational setting of just 25 pupils, the school offers a personalised approach to education, ensuring that each student receives the support they need to thrive. The curriculum blends academic subjects with life skills, emotional understanding, and independence training. The school is part of the Phoenix Learning and Care group, which is committed to providing inclusive education that meets the individual needs of every student.

Hold a Level 4 Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential).

Have significant experience working with students with SEND, particularly those with Autism, SEMH, or communication difficulties.
