We are recruiting a teaching assistant to support pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH) in a Manchester school. You will provide guidance, encouragement, and one-to-one support to help pupils engage with learning and develop confidence.

Requirements:
Previous experience supporting pupils with SEMH
Ability to remain calm and supportive in challenging situations
Confidence in working one-to-one and in small groups
Strong communication and teamwork skills
