We are seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant to support secondary pupils with SEMH, ASD, and behavioural needs.

Responsibilities:
• Supporting pupils in lessons and small groups
• Encouraging engagement and positive behaviour
• Assisting teachers and pastoral staff

Requirements:
• SEND experience in a secondary school
• Strong communication skills
• DBS on the update service
