SEND Teaching Assistant – Vision Impairment & Inclusion

Contract Type: Full-time
Salary: £89 – £105 per day / £445 – £525 per week

Axcis Education is recruiting dedicated SEND Teaching Assistants to support pupils with visual impairments and additional learning needs.

- 1:1 or small group support for students with visual impairments
- Support access to curriculum and classroom resources
- Implement strategies to aid independence and engagement
- Collaborate with teachers, SENCO, and external agencies

About You:
- Experience supporting pupils with visual impairment or complex needs
- Patient, adaptable, and confident communicator
- Ability to promote inclusion and independence
