About the Role:
A special educational school located in Croydon is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team. The school specializes in supporting students with autism and complex needs, with a focus on improving social communication, cognitive, sensory, and social-emotional skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and a passion for supporting students in a nurturing learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one and group support to students with autism and other complex needs.

Assist with social, emotional, and behavioural development.

Support students with their academic learning and daily activities.

Foster an inclusive environment that promotes the growth of each student.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:15 PM
Pay: £100.00 - £110.00 per day
Location: Croydon, London
