Axcis are recruiting for a Special Primary School in Barking & Dagenham who are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant with strong behaviour management and knowledge of Team TEACCH approaches. In this role, you will be:
• Supporting primary-aged pupils with autism and additional learning needs, using Team TEACCH strategies to structure learning.
• Assisting with behaviour regulation and promoting positive choices in and out of the classroom.
• Providing tailored 1:1 and small group support to meet EHCP targets.
• Working with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure consistent strategies.

• Experience supporting pupils with autism and challenging behaviour.
• Familiarity with Team TEACCH or similar structured teaching methods.
