Description
We are looking for a caring, patient, and enthusiastic 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and dedicated team. In this role, you will work closely with a Year 3 pupil who has a diagnosis of autism, providing individualised support to help them thrive both academically and socially.
The pupil needs assistance with speech and language development, establishing a consistent daily routine, and building self-confidence. Your role will be to create a safe, encouraging, and structured environment that enables the child to reach their full potential.
If you are someone who finds genuine joy in helping others succeed, and you are committed to making a meaningful difference for children who need it most, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
You will be joining a supportive, welcoming, and collaborative team who will ensure you have all the training, resources, and encouragement you need to perform at your best. We pride ourselves on working together to create a positive learning environment not only for our pupils, but for every member of staff too.
Key Details:
- Hours: 8:30 am – 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday
- Location: Warm and friendly school with a strong sense of community
- Start: September 2025

What We’re Looking For:

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a child’s life while being part of a school that truly values its staff.
