Description

Our client is a wealth management and audit and assurance services company seeking to recruit a Senior Administrator - Private Client Services, Jersey.

Key responsibilities will include;

• Administer a complex client portfolio, which may include Trusts, Companies, Foundations and Limited Partnerships;
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with your team, intermediaries, clients and client advisors;
• Provide day to day training to Assistant Administrators and in doing so build up their confidence and knowledge of Private Client Services;
• Undertake the billing and debt collection for the client portfolio;
• Undertake a review of the Annual Accounts/ Financial Statements for your client portfolio prior to signing;

The successful candidate will have:

• A competent understanding of the Jersey Regulatory Environment and applicable Company and Trust Laws
• Basic awareness of UK taxation for individuals and offshore structures
• Awareness of current Anti-Money Laundering (AML) legislation and related codes of practice
• Completion of a relevant Professional Qualification (i.e. ICSA or STEP Diploma Level)
• Acting as a “C” Signatory if required
