• Risk Assessment: Assess complex or higher-risk cases, contributing to operational decisions and potential corrective actions where necessary.
• Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to internal risk governance panels.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the organization in professional engagements with businesses, board directors, and senior industry figures.

• Technical Background: Experience working within audit, risk, actuarial, or similar professional environments.
• Strong Judgement: The ability to assess risk objectively, apply sound logic, and challenge effectively when required.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce accurate, clear, and concise records.
• Workload Management: Proven ability to lead workstreams, manage changing priorities, and handle senior stakeholder engagement smoothly.
• Qualifications: A relevant professional qualification (or working towards one) is advantageous, and ongoing professional development will be fully supported.

The Opportunity

It is an excellent place to take on a high-impact role with early responsibility, develop deep technical expertise, and work within a supportive environment that values mentorship and knowledge-sharing.
