Description
Our client is a leading financial services organisation undertaking a large-scale core banking transformation to modernise its core platform. They require an experienced Business Analyst with strong Temenos Transact (T24) experience to join the programme and help deliver well-designed, pragmatic solutions.
Role
This is a full-time role supporting delivery of the core banking transformation programme. The post will sit within the transformation team and work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and delivery partners to shape, document and deliver business requirements and solutions.
Key responsibilities
• Play a central role in the delivery of a major core banking system transformation.
• Engage with stakeholders across the bank to understand business needs, challenges and strategic objectives.
• Lead the elicitation, analysis and documentation of requirements related to Temenos Transact (T24).
• Translate complex business requirements into clear, structured documentation.
• Act as a trusted bridge between business teams, technology teams and delivery partners.
• Support solution design and testing activities.
• Contribute to change management, business readiness and go-live activities.
• Ensure deliverables meet governance, quality and regulatory standards expected in a financial services environment.
Person specification
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within financial services.
• Strong hands-on experience with Temenos Transact (T24).
• Experience working on complex system implementations or core banking change programmes.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to break down complex issues.
• Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across the bank.
Desirable:
• Experience working with third-party vendors or system integrators.
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation across multiple delivery phases (design, build, testing, implementation).
