Description

A leading fiduciary services provider is seeking a detail-focused Senior Compliance Administrator to support its Group compliance function, with a key focus on new business onboarding.

About the Role
You will play an important part in the client due diligence (CDD) process, ensuring new business meets all regulatory and internal requirements. The role involves close collaboration with the Compliance Manager and administration teams, supporting both onboarding and ongoing CDD reviews.

Key Responsibilities
• Managing and coordinating CDD for new clients.
• Working with new business leads to identify CDD needs and beneficial ownership.
• Preparing CDD checklists and maintaining accurate onboarding records.
• Assisting with CDD refreshes for existing clients.
• Supporting updates to PEP, sanctions, and adverse media registers.
• Helping to refine compliance processes and workflows.

Ideal Candidate
• 4–5 years’ compliance experience within fiduciary or fund administration.
• Strong knowledge of GFSC Handbook and AML/CFT requirements.
• Working towards or holding a relevant qualification (ICA or similar).
• High accuracy, organisation, and analytical ability.
• Strong communication skills and confidence liaising at all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant internal systems.
