This is an exciting opportunity to join the tax compliance team of a leading provider of governance and regulatory services. Supporting real estate structures across the UK, Guernsey, and Jersey, this thriving team offers ambitious professionals a chance to develop within a fast-evolving tax environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering VAT, Corporation Tax, and CIS services for a diverse client base. Structures include companies, property unit trusts, and limited partnerships, offering a high level of technical variety and client engagement.
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
• Delivering tax compliance services across a varied portfolio of UK real estate structures.
• Preparing computations and returns for VAT, Corporation Tax, CIS, and other obligations.
• Ensuring timely and accurate submissions using specialist tax software.
• Supporting senior colleagues with tax investigations and resolving technical issues.
• Liaising across jurisdictions to provide tax support and advice to internal teams.
• Developing strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and third-party service providers.
• Working in accordance with internal policies, regulatory expectations, and best practice.
• Managing personal workflow to meet client expectations and submission deadlines.
• Contributing to the team’s consistent and integrated service delivery across jurisdictions.
• Maintaining relevant CPD and compliance with any professional body requirements.
The ideal candidate:
The ideal candidate will be ACA or ACCA qualified (or qualified by relevant experience), with a background in industry, commercial, fund, or corporate services. Strong technical and analytical skills, particularly in Excel, are essential, along with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. A proactive and organised approach is key, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also required to build effective working relationships.
